Harpswell Men 1st Grads from The Boat School – Husson University
It was a big celebration for only two mid-year graduates at The Boat School-Husson University on Friday, December 19th. Though small in number for those graduating the event was significant and a true milestone in the 40 year history of the School. Certified Composites Program for High School Students
Dylan Carlton was a student that did not have much of a career focus going into his junior year of high school. According to his family, when Dylan decided to enroll in the Composites Program that all changed and he became much more focused. From Foster Technical to Kenway Corporation
Matt Holbrook spent two years in the composite class learning how to do closed-mold infusion. He was hired by Kenway Corporation in Augusta as a Pre-Apprentice Composite Technician. Graduate of Foster Technical continues on to Composites Engineering at UMO
Alex Prentis was part of the first composite class offered at Foster two years ago. Through his work in the class he has become very interested in engineering and composites for a career.
